ME 2.01

Gentlemen< Im having a problem trying to down load the new ME 2.01. After completting the loading process, I get a message saying, "An error occurred while down loading info," and Im instructed rto try again, with the same results. Any ideas about what Im doing wrong? Ive tried to down load from the ME home page 7 also from the Matrix web-still with the same results. eric

Thanks, Jason, with the help of my computer savvy grandaughter, we got it down loaded-BUT I just bought a new computer & I cant get the new CS 2.01 patch to download-I get the same massage, "an error occurred, blah, blah, blah try again." I tried down loading the patch from Matrix & from the update on the CS homepage & get the same result. Any suggestions? Eric
