My monitor 3840*2160 will not display 2D view over the entire monitor. I get a little section like the star on the US flag in the upper left hand corner. Is there anyway to fix this? 3D view is darn near impossible to see the units.

Wow, that's some monitor! Try lowering the resolution when you play the game to half that, 1920x1080. It will make 3D view bigger as well.
