River/Isolation/Engineer relief problem

I was thinking of placement like a engineer unit has to put a bridge across a full hexside. looking at your picture the unit is directly across but not on a full hexside if you get my meaning.

Some of the hexes on that side of the river are supply sources for Allied units that prevents isolation.
