Lost ships

[Tsunami]

From time to time I loosing ships. For example last turn I had 3 SS in the port of Seattle and on the start of the next turn only 2 of them. Stolen? A kind of event (dive test missed)?
Have someone else made this experience? It's not the first time. On UV I lost some years ago a full Marine brigade on Wake!
