Game Delays

Gentlemen (aka Teammates & Opponents):

Over these last few days I've been having some computer (Windows XP Service Pack 3) problems that I've been trying to diagnose. Now "trying" is no doubt the main reason why it's not fixed yet due to my very limited computer tech skills. The problem is my computer seems to lock up during or possibly just after the system continues loading during the time when the desktop icons begin shows on the screen.

Trying to open an item nothing happens... try "Control" "Alt" "Delete" screen changes to Task Manager screen but then nothing happens. My only option is to kill the power supply... wait 1 minute... power up... log in... same thing. Occasionally everything works fine... like now writing this report.

Not wanting to take up too much of your time but just wanting to let you know my game returns maybe extended at times. A few more options and then I'll send my computer to a shop... I'll keep you informed and thanks for your patience...
