Screen Resolution
For the life of me, I can't find out how to make the game display in a different resolution other than what it started out at. Is this even possible?

Yes it is.
Just delete the *Prefs file from the cmbb/cmak folders and once you'll start the game again,you'll be asked for the resolution.Just hit skip until you find the desired screen resolution.
