photo's instead of painting units for Bulge?

Could someone place photos black/white of coloured instead of the painting pictures for the bulge game, that would be great if someone could do this. Thanx

I started to do this for one game, Minsk I think, but didn't get too far.

The results can be very good, assuming you can get the right image. However, it would take a huge a amount of work, finding all the correct photos which look good at the small scale and show the equipement at a suitable orientation. You then have to edit them to fit.

Was'nt there a complete photo mod for Fulda Gap 85 available at the Gamesquad site in the downloads section.
Thought this might give you some insight into the end result.
