my 2 cents:

if a game is started at the WAW site, or the blitz club, it ought to be reported at the origin site of the game only.. not double dipped.. even if players belong to both..

Ratel and I met on the Blitz, we had major problems on getting each others EM's so i suggested he join WaW to play within that site, and we have not had any problems since.
As far as reporting on both sites for the same battle, i see no reason why not to, as we both are members to both , I mean why would it mean a hill a beans to anyone not a member or assoiated to WaW anyway?
You seem to assume that the score will be always favorable, a report is not always favorable sometimes it can be a loss,(and i've been losing them more than winning them lately) so along with double your pleasure,, double your pain:-)
