Another new EF scenario

Got inspired to do another Bulgarian scenario, this time the Allied Bulgarians. The scenario is called Forward the Armored Brigade!, and deals with the second battle of Vlasotince in Serbia. I just played it through solo, and it was a blast, got a Minor Victory, and a hard-fought battle! I'm going to shoot it up to the H2H area, some time today. It will also need an updated Bulgarian file as well, this time for EF, the Bulgarians are finally up to snuff, I had fixed the WF ones, but not EF. I'll post the fix in the mods area.

10 October, 1944
[Vlasotince, Southern Serbia]:[H2H][HIS][BB]: During the 9th
and l0th of October, the Bulgarians brought up reinforcements
and regrouped for a renewed attack on Vlasotince. On the l0th,
after extensive artillery preparation and attacks by fighter-bombers,
the Bulgarian Armored Brigade along with the Bulgarian 12th Infantry
division struck the front with a 60 tank spearhead pushing through
the German positions all the way to the banks of the Morava River.
Vlasotince was recaptured by 21 Bulgarian tanks and supporting
infantry after hard fighting. The Germans had several 5 cm antitank
guns defending Vlasotince, and these were completely overrun
by the Bulgarian tanks. The German infantry, 3rd Battalion/SS
Regiment 13, were forced back to Ravna Dubrava after suffering
heavy losses.[ALL]
