Just a few other eyeballs to make sure the 2D icons are good, none of the scenario's have the new units in them, although the Night attack, and Relieving the 23rd both have the PLA units that are now suicide types, if used in assault! Tank hunters, both types and the PLA assault platoons, if used by themselves in an assault are eliminated, but can cause massive damage potentially. Recommend only assault as a last resort!

I never play in 2D so I wouldn't know if they look good or not. I'll try though. I haven't played any games for a long time. Just don't have the urge. I hate to see your work wasted. Maybe post at Matrix or Wargamer?

Thanks John,

Will get the files zipped up and give you a link later! You will notice a lot of new icons for the NATO symbols, while in 2D. I play mostly 3D now, but never liked the silhouettes, so this time I spent a lot of time looking into military symbology, and added them in!

RE: Major update to Korean War!
OK Mike,

Look forward to seeing it.

As I recall back in the '70's (seems like ancient history) I laid my hands on a US Army Field manual on NATO military symbols. It was a paperback done in tan paper and loaded with tons of military symbols for all kinds of units. If I lay my hands on it I'll let you know and offer feedback. Perhaps you might be able to find it at amazon or at a library...just thinking out loud if you don't already have it.

Cheers!
John
