Can I give units an AI order?

Does the AI order functionality in game(not in editor) work in PB?  Say if I want to give a Company an order to go to hex X,X?
I tried the Alt key while right clicking but that didnt create an order.  By that I mean there's nothing in A/I > View/Delete AI Orders.
Im not talking about column movement, Im talking about the persistent movement that was in SB and PC where it would draw the arrow on the map.

I thoguht it was still in the game, but I can't get it to work either. So I am assuming it has been removed, although that means the View/Delete AI Orders can be removed also. In PzC it only shows player issued orders and if orders can't be issues, there isn't any reason to keep it, I guess.
