Campaign Series Vietnam: UI Improvement

Did the large toolbar with a plethora of buttons in CS Middle East drive you crazy? We improved that for CS Vietnam to make less clutter.

This will be available in CS Middle East 3.0 as well.

Just make them all drag and drop from the menu and let people make their own.

Unfortunately, that isn't a possibility within the realm of the existing game code.

We still feel this is a huge improvement over the previous versions.
