Barbed Wire - How best to use it??

I concur with McIvan, I use wire in the open to disrupt if he moves through or force the enemy where I want him to go, and in the woods to do what Metzgar says. Just remember an obstacle not cover by fire is no obstacle at all. I love to intergrate direct and indirect fires on my wire obstacles. If used properly wire is a big combat multipler.
