1 Hex River Crossing

It seems odd that with the new changes you can cross a hexside and not be isolated but not a 1 hex wide river. I would have thought that if you had enough boats to cross a river you would ensure there were enough to supply the unit on the far bank so it was not isolated. I would suggest that this happened at the Rhine and probably lost of other places that I am too ignorant to know about
