Posting screen shots?

I would like to post some screen shots for an AAR,the snapshots I took where to big a file,,whats the proper way to post shots?

The MB has a constraint on the size file you can post with a message. If you are writing an AAR, send it to me with your images and I will review it for posting on the AAR part of this web site.

Try Opening your Screen Shot in PAINT
You will see the size is likely too large anyway and teh format might even be a BMP.

Use the menu "Image | Screw\Stretch" and try maybe 60% for each - I use this size in the Notes and Started files.

Then "Save As", and make them JPG format. This should get them down to size.
