I was thinking (it happens sometimes much to Mrs B's annoyance) which is best when Virtual Supply is on to block a rail line or to block a road?

Also whilst I accept partisans can not rip up a K of track they could do some damage could they be given the ability to lay obsticals? This would block the line but be fixed once a unit enters the hex?

Virtual supply (trucks) will move faster on roads, at least major roads, so that is the one to block.
