Looking for an opponent

Looking for an opponent to play winMBT, 1980 and earlier using alternate rules (game guide 8E with FOO restriction). Would prefer to play someone I haven't played before, and also someone who can average about 3 turns per week. If you don't know how to use the alt rules and I can show you.

I'm interested but you will have to learn me some... I've never played SPMBT by email before and I am not familiar with the alt rules... I also have simply the free version with all the patches.
