Welcome to the SB community and to the Blitz! You'll find that the guys around here are very, very helpful.

Tell us what you're issues are and I'm sure several guys will reply back and we can all discuss things.

As Alan said TFE4 has many tactical articles. I highly recommend reading them before playing scenarios. We'll be glad to help if you point out specific tactical questions.

Is it possible to take enemy weapons and use them? When yes - how?

Yes you can. Go to the hex and drop your weapon(s). You can now pickup enemy weapons. Unload/drop and Load/pickup buttons will do the job. Beware though, almost all dropped enemy weapons will have low efficiency.
