Many thanks to Erik Rutins, Matrix Games Help Desk, for his assistance in resolving my CS game technical issues!
I submitted a Help Desk Support Ticket early Wednesday morning (10/8/2008). My original CS files had become corrupted when my hard disk drive started to fail and I was unable to restore from a backup CD-ROM. In less then 6 hours, Erik responded and recommended a specific procedure. We exchanged a few more emails so I could get details on the reinstall procedure. By 2PM I had reinstalled my original CS game files and had updated with the ver. 1.04 game patch!
I was back up and playing CS again! :smoke:
