Right, in your situation then it is not a minor annoyance if it occurs often. But I was saying it has always been a minor annoyance FOR ME because it rarely occurs on my end. Lord knows that I have tried on many occasions to accurately reproduce it but I cannot. What causes it on your end and what cases it on my end is probably two totally different issues I guess. :(
