Can I suggest that the British have at least 2 sources in east Kent one at Dover and one at Ramsgate as if the Germans drive north they can isolate east Kent and then roll up the isolated units. Dover certainly had a lot of tunnels that held stores.
I also think Eastbournes 75 supply sould be much lower and Newhaven up a bit.
I do not know which scenarios these would apply to, I do not have my own copy of Sealion 40 yet. You can make such changes in the sceanrio editor and post them for HTH testing here at the blitz to see if your ideas work as well as expected.
