Also too, one suggestion, if you regularly use points for leader losses, you may want to consider turning that off, in that lost ADC's would end up counting for probably more points than they might be worth in the scheme of things (and as an alternative to not getting into a vp level audit of scenarios).

Anyways, it is doable, (probably a lot of work depending upon the oob size you go for), but there shouldn't be any limitation on numbers of leaders in terms of what can be edited into an OOB file. Just be surre to keep a copy of the stock oob files in something like another folder labelled 'Backup" or something like that, to prevent accidental overwrites.
