No, and I've always found its absence mystifying. It's easily among the half-dozen most common instructions I use from the interface and I've always wondered how the hot-key list was developed without this item.

If the feature is offered on the tool bar then i would always use that in preference to a hot key, but yes i agree it is strange this was missed out?
