Delayed Disruption
In the HPS MC games is there any way to tell if I have even possibly disrupted an enemy unit (that would show up on the subsequent turn) if the "Delayed Disruption" Optional Rule is in effect?

If all the results of firing are "No effect" is it still possible to disrupt the target? Or must I get an actual hit? Is it possible with a "Fatigue" result?

Or is the disruption calculation totally independent of any of the actual prior results of firing?Dont Know
