Question About Scenarios

In Smolensk 41 Gold - there are two scenarios I am trying to figure out what the difference between them are (that is not uncommon for other scenarios). The two are 0708_02s_Orsha_Alt and 0708_02s_Orsha.Org. The description is exactly the same - the only difference is that under designer the Alt scenario has edited by Williams. What is the difference between the two?

The Alt scenarios use different combat values and require certain optional rules, there should be a document in the game folder detailing them.

They “feel“ quite different and I prefer them.
