PBEM issue
It seems that you can only select side A when starting a PBEM game. Is this by design or will it be fixed when the patch comes out?

You can only select SIDE A if SIDE A starts.

With the 1.10 UPDATE (due this week), if it is a SIDE B start, SIDE B will be available to be chosen.
