Gun Damaged
Does the message, "Gun Damaged" apply to the main gun only?
Will my remaining MG/MGs still fire normally?

RE: Gun Damaged
I'm not sure if it's a matter of luck,or just the position of the mg,but sometimes the mg will still be able to fire even if the gun was damaged.

RE: Gun Damaged
Thanks Guys!
I think I got the idea behind it. The gun itself it not necessarily damaged, nor destroyed. It's optical sight might be rendered useless, by a shrapnel/splinter hit. Possibly the turret rotating mechanism or turret ring itself might be damaged.
With the sights out, the co-axial MG is obviously unusable.
That leaves the bow MG though.
I suppose that one was not used for area fire!?

RE: Gun Damaged
I've usually found that most gun hits knock out the coaxial mount as well, and usually the target command will not work. However, I think the secondary MGs, if any, will still fire defensively if the tank moves near infantry.

RE: Gun Damaged
Can a AFV with a damaged gun, but plenty of ammo remaining, still capture a VF?

Nope...
