RE: EFII Problems Need some help
:conf: I've had this happen occasionally and sometimes frequently/ I've found that when it occurs repeatedly, I reboot and make sure I do not activate Outlook Express (e-mail). It seems that O/E has something to do with it but I can't determine why.

RE: EFII Problems Need some help
Comrade:
I think I may have a solution to your problem? The same problem just happened to me and I resolved it by doing the following:
1. In the EFII folder open the file folder called "Special", then
2. Find the file called E-Up01117 and right click on that file, then
3. Your pull down menu should have an option to choose "Properties" and left click on it, then
4. Below there should be a check box beside "Read Only" with a check mark in it, left click to empty the box so there is no check mark, then
5. Remeber to click on the "Apply" option at the bottom of that screen, then
6. Close everything
7. I then reinstalled the EFII 1.02 patch (just for sure) and that seemed to solve the problem
As you'll note I run EII 1.02 and never tried the 1.03 patch so I'm no help there... good luck! :smoke:
