Hey Marty,

It seems like this started happening a couple of years ago? From what I recall, but it may not fit your situation, having an Internet connection open at the time updated whatever necessary and along things went from there. But it may have been a different video reply problem, although similar in results.

Windows XP Home Edition SP1 does not include the Indeo video codec:

To resolve this problem, obtain and install the 327979 recommended update.

Thank you for this information. This update is what I needed. I am back up and running with the intro videos.
