How do you download the main portion of the add on scenarios. I keep getting the page cannot be displayed message. Sent an email to the sites honcho asking if I needed a password but as yet have not gotten a reply.

I'm affraid that the project may be down

The last news are from April 2005. I've also contacted J.M.B. but without response. The only games downloadable now seem to be Austerlitz, Kent, and those three Spain War battles.
