RE: looking for opponents cmbb
After having read Devil Thomas' earlier post that he is willing to offer games off the ladder to new players is highly commendable. That is his choice and I think it's great. However, to say that Veteran players SHOULD offer such games or feel obligated to do so is where my "Friggin' Stupid" comment comes into play.
Der Kunstler's record is something he should be proud of, and it is clear from his record that he doesn't play an imbalance of noobs. I have played several games against him and feel he is an honorable and fair opponent. To personally attack him, think he should "Change his spots" or to say his record is the reason why some Newbies have left the ladder is lame.
I have played over 50 games over the course of a few years, have a horrible record and do not have the time to take on a lot of PBEM games at one time- so every game needs to count for me.
