To all of my opponents
On Nov 15 my ISP went down so I lost all internet access. This was caused by bad weather in the area so hopefully they will get it fixed soon. I have no way to send or receive files as I have no e-mail access. I have not received any turns at this time for my OPS games. When my service returns I hope to get all of the turns that I have been sent.
