Asterix in Scheduled Dialog

Am I correct in deducing that an asterix beside an entry in the Scheduled Dialog (with fog of war) means that the reinforcements are late and have not arrived? Thanks

Yes, that is correct. Their arrival will be checked again the next turn, unless it is set to be checked just once per day.

Of course it would help if I spelt the word correctly. (I always had trouble finding English translations of that comic, unlike the TinTin which was available in the public library.)
