How Do You Pick a Flag??

I cannot remember how to set your OBJ Flag on a dynamic flag situation in CMBB? I have the manuel for CMAK, and it says find the highest HQ and hit the select flag order, but I don't see a select flag order when I do that in CMBB, and I don't have a CMBB manuel.
