Dev's fan club
Well Guys, as you can see the children are at play and they can't get enough of coming over here and disrupting our site's harmony.

Contradictory (just like everything else he doublespeaks of) to the famous I don't care whats happening over at the blitz and I don't go there any more comments from the banned member, Geordie, who once again is back trying to gain publicity and get that attention seeking ego puss of his hard again.

He's back and posting here under alias' and guests.

If you spot one let me know and I'll get rid of it, got to keep the trash down so the site runs smooth.

It's really an effort not LMAO at this charade and pitiful excuse of a person.

I know I got a fan club of folks who want me removed from moderating this forum because I'm doing a bad job. Why? Because I don't allow disrespectful trash postings and irrevalent crap stirrings exist here for the likes of the wild west group.

If the members want this type of forum, this is not the place to hang out, so why do these people continue to try and change the ways just for themsleves?

It's really up to those who do not want this type of stuff here to speak up and say so.

Randy,

I doubt you know anything of the sort, esepcially if this is like the 99.9% certainty of the other day that now seems to have become a post from a place 3.5hrs drive from where Geordie resides. You might be right, you might not, but your obsession with Fragment and Geordie is bordering on the ridiculous.

I object to your deliberate misrepresentation of what I reckon were pretty careful arguments against your moderation.

If you cannot be bothered to honestly represent the case for the moderator opposition then what does that say about you? Lazy straw man slander is not a substitute for actual argument.

I am sure that the most prevalent view is apathy, if not active irritation, with the whole thing, and I'd actually be pretty happy to slide into the apathy camp. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment.

No doubt however you will have your fans, and perhaps even the validation you seem to be seeking.

Give it a rest RedDevil. No game is worth that much animosity.

RE: Dev's fan club
IMO, we passed the "rediculous" mark miles ago and we're rapidly approaching "obsessive". Rather than police new members, why not just moderate the posts according to the rules with no commentary, just the four-word explanation "Deleted due to [BLANK]". Once the pot is stirred, then wield the stick. No need to bother the rest of the club members with this.

RedDevil's job isn't fun, but having been in a situation where the pot was stirred up against him by said member in question, I can understand where he's coming from. Just to reiterate, though, no need to make all this a public affair.

I will speak up and say thank you, RD. Not just apathy. And not a sheep that is scared to speak my mind. I am extremely happy that the "i'm not really complaining" vomit that geordie tries to sell doesnt come back to this site.

And bootie, I dont know why they hate you so much. You arent even a moderator anymore.

Keep up the good work guys.

And McIvan, I dont necessarily disagree with your POV. But I think you are seeing this as a injustice on about 10 times bigger than it really is. This isnt civil rights. This is a game forum.

Good advice Herr Schacht. If everybody would just let it go the whole thing would die the slow death it deserves.

RE: Dev's fan club
But it's going full speed over on fagment! over 120 posts on the issue! They can't let it drop over there, but their posters want to come over here and "put an end to this injustice".

So it's only ok over there, but not here?

when you weenies stop calling me names and trashing this site and stop trying to get a new moderator in here who will let you make this forum go to shit for your personal fun time, then perhaps it could be "left go"

Now we got alias' showing up trying to start problems and guests doing the same, but that's ok?

OH, BTW sandwell is a btinternet hub, sometimes the ips can trace past it, most times not, and the IP was a setup that worked well, as any half competent webmaster should have known, and since old carmen couldn't email me, I'm betting he/she is half competent, because that email would give me some info that can't be hidden or manipulated as any half competent person would know. And yes, we can track IPs just as much as anyone with the programs can.

RE: Dev's fan club
Interesting post from the fagment forums
From a proud member of both forums.. good old devilthomas

------------------------------
This will be known as the Carmen Miranda War and should be a lesson for moderators everywhere.

Its has already been shown that the Blitz can't track ip's.

"Carmen Miranda" whoever it is...definately not Geordie...has now got RD by the balls.

The Blitz's greatest weakness is that it is tied to email, there is no escape. This "Carmen Miranda" thing is just the tip of the potential iceberg. Say 5 or 6 people with hotmail accounts, each register at the Blitz as some version of C1rmen M1r@da. They could log on together or 1 by 1 and post anything they like...when they get banned they create new accounts and away they go again. How many permutations of Carm!n M(randuh do you think there are?

This would keep Randy insanely busy...or he would quit, or get removed, in the best interests of the Blitz.

When Randy let it be discovered that he could not track an ip...Miranda figured it out.... and was on him like a big dog... this is just the start, I believe the Miranda's will now start to multiply....counter measures by the Blitz will take time and money and will only make the Miranda's start using "real" sounding names. The Miranda's can hold RD by the nose and kick him in the ass, and make the Blitz spend time and money to counter this. It would be cheaper and easier to replace the controversial moderator....who started all this .

As for Randy...he better hope Miranda is female...because I think she is going to be up his ass for quite some time.
------------------------

Funny huh, how they are planning to cost this club time and money but that's ok over there and not ok to say or do anything about over here.

WOW..

and yet they want me gone and apologies and all..

Red Devil, this sort of slandering is just ridiculous and juvenile.....I'll say it again..RIDICULOUS and JUVENILE. No need for a moderator of any forum to get themselves involved in this sort of infantile mud-slinging, no matter what the provocation. This sort of behaviour really is bordering on being an Obsessive/Compulsive disorder.
