RE: CMAK - Mundial - round 1
:soap:
Please remember that each player is required to advise the Umpire about the start of the game and send his first PBEM file with the password to the Umpire's email address within 7 days of the start date of the round. Please type "Round 1" in the subject mail of your email.
Hmmmm.... why is this required?
Is the umpire taking part in the tournament?
Is the Umpire from the CMHQ : PL?
This is open to abuse IMO and some arguments may occurr if a Polish guy perhaps has a lucky game?

RE: CMAK - Mundial - round 1
Umpire is Stirlitz ( he is not playing ) and I am assistant to Umpire :) I am not a member of CMHQ-PL but FGM :)
This password is needed for "lucky" games to verify luck :) and I think in that case we can ask for example Red Devil to verify that from the Blitz side.
I hope it will be not needed.

Can we not just keep our passwords and then if you are challenged about your conduct produce it fo the umpire. If your not willing to produce it then you get booted.
Frankly I dont like giving my password out to anyone.

RE: CMAK - Mundial - round 1
OK I can understand that - but it is not my idea - contact Stirlitz please
Stirlitz(at)gmail.com
but I found something in rules about that
4.8. A battle which at the end of the round has reached at least 23rd turn may be concluded by CF using the passwords available to the Umpire.

Huh?
Basically my reasoning behind my unwillingness to give my password over is.
#1 - We are giving our passwords to a member of the CMHQ PL... all our opponents are CMHQ PL.
#2 - Being a dynamic flag game I definitley dont want to hand over my password.
If it gets out which flag I have tagged as my objective the game is over before its began if that should 'ever' get out?
As Assistant Umpire Im sure you can address our concerns?
Also can you change my email to greershane at gmail dot com instead of my Blitz one on the Rd 1 page for my opponent.
Cheers pal.
