B'45....Seige Scenario unwinnable from SU side?

I'm curious if others agree. I really can't see how the SU can win the scenario which just encompasses the seige of Budapest.

The Axis can abandon either side of the city at the outset, basically cutting in half the Soviet forces and they would still have a major victory.

I think the victory hexes need to be adjusted upwards.

MAke sure you use the revised scn that I made available on my website.

FWIW, I didn't think the City could hold out near as longer as it did historically.
