My new Matrix CD problem????

Just received my Matrix CS game and loaded.

When I went to update it, I got this message:

"The minimum system requirements for this setup were not met" and then it lists operating systems and my ME wasn't listed?

Where should I go for assistance and/or what am I doing wrong?
