LoadingCS games from the Hard Drive --not discs

I know it can be done from the new Matrix disc AND that it was done by some CS members before this. My Matrix disc has not yet arrived but I still want to load all my 10 old CS discs onto one grand folder that will open from the Hard Drive without disc changing.
This will leave my new Matrix Disc files free of possible corruption by PB#1 or any 1.02 files I may have in my collection.
I would be very grateful if anyone could advise me the name and source of a programme that wil enable me to load CS from the Hard Drive without access to the appropriate disc
