Love you ALT versions of the PzC. I small question.
If a HQ is fixed and released because a enemy unit comes in range. Should not the whole unit be released in that case? Cause i noticed that in Budapest it is a possibility to attack and incircle whole units with out them moving away from the danger. They just stay fixed until surronded and destroyed.

It depends on what the scenario designer intended. I only make the art modification and take the stock scenarios and convert them to _Alt standards. There are methods to cause an entire unit to be triggered for release when one unit in the organization spots the enemy but if that was not done in the scenario then the designer must have intentionally wanted it that way.
