Ramifications of VISTA on CM
Is there a forum thread that discusses problems with loading CMx1 on a new VISTA machine. A friend of mine, who only plays me TCP/IP , is having problems with VISTA.

Vista is Windows ME 2.0.

That is all.

It's a waste, and I am sorry I purchased a laptop with the system. My next gaming PC, which I intend to purchase in February, will not have it for sure.

I think that, like XP, it will take a couple of years to develop into a decent operating system that pretty much keeps everyone happy. It reminds me very much of the cries against XP and the vows to keep using Windows 98 until it ran out of support. My old PC still sitting in my PC room still has Win98 on it :)

Oh.. My... Gawd...

I had Windoze ME on a Dell I purchased some years back. That was a load of Crap.

XP is so much better, almost error free.
