Who will be the next all time CM ladder champion?

Yes you can click on the drop-down menus over the ladder and find out the leader for the last 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, etc. You can also click on the individual columns and find the leaders in ELO, games played, win %, most losses, etc. You can look at the ladder in all kinds of ways - the all-time score is just the default view.

I'd like to get a Yearly ladder established (POS asked for this a while back) where you can see who is ranked where on a yearly basis, the records would add to the main ladder normally, but only tracked for a year and it is cleared off at years end and restarted for the next year.

However busy as we are, it just hasn't happened ..yet :)

Wow - I was just thinking about bringing that idea up, Randy.

It would be more like a sports league operates that way - every year it restarts. Pilus Prior awards could be given with the year written on it. That would encourage the new guys to keep at it and the older guys could be refreshed with a new annual challenge.

For example, next year the "2008" scorers could be the default ladder, but you could still always click on the "all time" ladder to view so as not to take anything away from the vets and their endurance scores.

That could also open up new awards, such as "2008 ELO champion" or "Most Games Played 2008" and such.
