RE: Scenario Design Help Needed
The scenario is calling for unit IDs in the oob that don't exist. You must have deleted some units used in the scenario from the OOB, rather than editing them, and so it won't open. The way to change OOBs in an existing scenario is to leave all the old units in place, and add in your new units, then make the needed changes to the scenario.
At this point, depending on the size of the scenario, you have the choice of starting with a new scenario from scratch and laying things out, if small, or possibly using the text editor to remove units from the scenario that are causing it to fail to open. To remove the missing units from the scenario, the trick is to see how far it made it in displaying units from left to right, then top to bottom. Wherever the furthest unit to the right is, then down, is the last entry in the scenario file that was present in the OOB. At that point you would delete one unit at a time from the scenario file after that point, then adjusting for any new units that get displayed, until it loads properly.
Either way is time consuming, you will have to decide the best of fixing things, which may include redoing the OOB you worked on.
If you send me the files involved, I can take a look and make a better suggestion on what to do, if you want, or maybe fix the scenario file enough to load, anyway. rbancroft AT att.net.
