merry xmas?...to my opponents
This is going to sound unbelievably absurd...

Yesterday had to go and help my middle son retrieve his belongings after his wife kicked him out of the house...won't get into that one, just offer my support, for both of them, and the grandbaby, at this stage...me still hobbling, myself...mind you.

...Over to Mums for the great grandmother Christmas dinner. While there, get a phone call from my brother (from Orlando, of all places), whose family had yet to arrive and I'll be damned, this is true...while enjoying the Florida sun, in winter, and tearing around rural Sumter County on a 4-wheeler, there was a terrible accident and his wife's leg was broken. This morning he calls and tells me that, late last night, they amputated her right leg, below the knee. Don't know how to understand that at all (wiggle my toes on both feet).

So...will be in and out, I guess, the next couple of days. Will get turns out...but maybe only one at a time...until things have a chance to settle around here.

Cheers

Geez, tis the season...

I'll be sending turns soon. I understand any delay. Use the game for therapy.

Somehow we survive. All the best wishes to you and yours.

When you can, mate. I hope things can be as normal as possible, as soon as possible

Curt,

That is terrible. Our prayers and thoughts of support for her during this ordeal.

I hope things look up shortly for your family. It sounds like a rough patch on the bumpy road of life.

Take care,

Jim
