My Germans seize the church but one of the panzers halts with its nose poking out a shade too far and an ominous sound is heard from something in the trees across the river - large calibre tank gunfire..



Here are the culprits -Willows tanks deal out swift retribution with a series of shots. The panzer fired back once but missed, he had his chance..

Mugger mugs my panzers

My 3 boys were minding their own business probing down the road when suddenly a shot rang out from between the buildings, and another (don't you just hate it when that happens), and although my boys fired back, they missed.
They had their chance..

Panzer Dan seizes airfield in grip of steel..

He's advanced a Kingtiger and infantry into the airfield buildings complex backed up by a JpIV, so in a desperate attempt to break his grip, I hurl a single T-34/85 at high speed around the edge of the map to nail his JpIV/70 from behind..

Wombats Stalins pour high-explosive shells into the ville..


PIC 1 - So I hop a couple of PzIV's forward to hit them in their weak side armour..





PIC 2 - One Stalin takes a hit, slams into reverse, then is finished off by another hit, but his mate is fighting for his life and presents his front armour as he returns fire, taking out a panzer..




PIC 3 - The other panzer stands its ground and gets lucky by killing the Stalin with a shot through its weak turret..

Willows armour forces river crossing in strength..

His 3 x SU-100's advance across the bridge so I hurl 2 Pz IVH's to take them in the side, but it's too late, the SU's pivot quickly on the road surface and my panzers find themselves staring down 3 x 100 mm barrels and heavy front armour. The pings begin and it's quickly over, both my panzers are demolished for the loss of a single SU-100..

Mugger's Yak rockets my panzers!
I was lucky to get off lightly, only two tank commanders lost their heads, serves 'em right for not seeing the plane coming and buttoning. The tanks were undamaged..:)

Jobu's T-34 hunts down a panzer

His 34/85 came down the brown arrow at left to peek around the building and let fly at my panzer which was looking the other way..
It tried to swing its turret but was too late..

PIC 1 - That must not be allowed, so I hurl a T-34/85 neanderthal hunting pack at full speed to club it to death from the side..



PIC 2 - Ugh.. we no like you...beast must die before it can turn turret....ugh..




PIC 3 - Ugh, Gods are angry, punish us with thunderbolts (schrecks) from all directions and I lost all 3 x T-34's..

PIC 1 - They come trundling down the runway into my territory and let fly at the last survivor of my panzer group in that sector..



PIC 2 - My boy fired first into the lead Stalins side but it pinged off the turret front, then the beast fired back and sent the panzer to join its mates in valhalla
