glenn/hps tiger II abt. question - Hungary

I have notice that in the Budapest game it's not possible to combine the three Tiger II companies into a their abteilung. Is this a desgner decission or is this some kind of error?

If I am looking at the same units in the same OOB file (there are two in this game), then yes - this is by design. We could have made them combinable but that would have its own side effect which we wanted to avoid.
