Mishappen Russian 82mm Mortars

I have downloaded both the 1.02 patach and the 1.02b patch several times and still have mishappened and misalighned 82mm mortars! What gives?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The graphic was altered, but will be corrected with the coming 1.03 UPDATE. if you have the original Talonsoft version, you can replace the offending file.
