Scenario Voting - working?

I cannot get past the screnn where you choose the scenario you want to vote on (you also need to enter in your handle and pw).

I click next after that and it tells me to go back because did not enter in the ratings - but there was no place on the previous screen to put any ratings.

MB I'm missing something?
