My HD3850 just will not allow me to play CM :censored:, the screen stops and then crashes, even with my new HD/OS install .. please can someone recommend a card which allows me to play CM and COD4.
I have even bought a new 610W direct 12v rail PSU to try and get the HD card working correctly but it just will not play ball. I suspect that the MB isn't quite up to the job bit I ain't going for a new MB just yet.

I am using a Nvidia G-Force 7600GT PCI with 256MB RAM, i must say it works like a charm.

Every game runs very smootly, Day of Defeat , Cod4 and CM as well and everything on highest setting. The price was very reasonable as well, i think i picked it up for around 120 euros at the time.But if you want to have the best go for the G-Force 8800 GT, but that will cost you abit more.

That is if you are talking about a Graphic Card :cheeky:

I've never used anything but nVidia graphics cards and I've never had a problem with a single one.

my ati 2600 displays fog fine, just has an issue with the text being white on a white background, but there is a .bmp file fix for that.

I just assembled my first PC with an AMD 5400+ CPU,with 4GB ram and a Radeon 2900 PRO video card.Whenever i try to load cmbb i get to the "loading graphics" screen than the entire system freezes
