RE: What's in a name?
The system I use is to have the PBEM file numbered and named. for example, BT-POS-STORM-T001.
I have also made a new folder inside the PBEM folder where I drag the old turns into. This saves having the PBEM folder cluttered up with old turns. The old turns can be dragged into the folder with the game open. I find this method to be the best so far.

RE: What's in a name?
I only keep 2 files, for each player, of each game in my PBEM folder. The rest I pile in an archive folder for dust gathering. At some point I may delete them or maybe not.

Good Hunting.
